I don't find the file IntallWebLab.sh to install weblab on linux..
where can I find it?

Well the shell script has always been in the demo package RC1 so far. Did you get the right link : http://forge.ow2.org/project/download.php?group_id=357&file_id=13650

You need the demo package not the WebLab Core package which is only used for developpement purposes.
