Hello,

Can you confirm that there is no more BinaryMediaUnit class in the new WebLab Model ?

Thanks

Hi,

For the moment, we plan to remove BinaryMediaUnit from the WebLab Exchange Model in the 1.2 version.

We already removed it in our development version (on the SVN trunk) to test and validate impacts on portlets and services.

Unless you have really strong rationals about keeping the BinaryMediaunit in the exchange model, you may assume there is no BinaryMediaUnit in WebLab Exchange Model 1.2.

No it's not. But it kept a URI to enable it to be part of a triplet.

The goal is to reduce the number of Annotation objects that may be encountered on many level on a Document. So the idea is to only allow them on the "big" object. In this case the idea is to have all annotations expressed on the mediaUnit level including all triple that may qualify the Segment.

This solution simplify a lot both the reading and the writing of RDF-triple and reduce time to process.
