Hi Carlos,

A bout the weblab demo 1.1, one important things to know is that we are
currently working on a new version that will includes the updated services.
Because for now, some configuration of the demo needs to be updated if you
change service version as you have seen with the URLs of solr-engine.

Modifications should normally be limited to the petals JBI declaration but
somehow in the old demo (v1.1) some portlet were directly contacting the
services (ie skipping the bus). Thus I would suggest:
- check the petals JIB configuration (in th service assemblies) and
validate the location (url tag) of services with regards to your own
installation ;
- if things are still unstable, check the configuration files of portlets
(usually portlet.xml but some portlets have additional properties file) and
check URL here.
Last advice would be to wait for new demonstration (spoiler alert - new
demo to be delivered end of February). But you may not be able to wait
depending on your own agenda.
